Our Stott Pilates class is a mat based 60 minute class that focus on core and spinal strength. With an emphasis on correct spinal and pelvic alignment, Pilates is suitable for all levels of fitness and is an essential component to life long health and wellness. Resistance bands and sponge balls are used in class to achieve flexibility and strength in the spine as well as a strong core and pelvic floor. Pilates is performed on a yoga mat with bare feet.
Our Booty Barre classes offer a complete head to toe workout that encompasses elements of yoga, Pilates, dance and cardio. Sculpt and tone beautiful muscles in this fun, high energy, fast-paced choreographed class set to upbeat music. While other barre classes focus on small, isometric moves, our classes work on small and large muscle groups while incorporating the essential yoga component to keep the muscles flexible and balanced. A ballet barre, sponge ball, resistance (flex) bands and light hand weights are utilized in our classes. Barre is performed with bare feet or in sticky socks (available for purchase at the studio). At Yoga Reflections, we practice the intention of yoga by treating everyone with respect and love.
